Positive: The rooms are newly renovated. Everything looks new and very clean. Room design and furniture are well-thought-out.

Negative: Ongoing construction can get a bit noisy. Almost all the facilities are not on-site until renovation is over. Check in area is a bit far from our room too.

Negative: my last stay was during renovations. Lobby was not in usual area and my room where I was placed, I had to move due to the sawdust smell.
